Dan Sullivan is a founding partner and manager at 1623 Events & Productions, bringing years of experience in artist development, event strategy, and business operations. His leadership drives the vision and growth of 1623, ensuring every artist and event is positioned for success. Dan's deep roots in the rodeo world have shaped his passion for authentic, community-driven entertainment. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, one of the largest and most prestigious rodeo events in the world — a role that reflects his lifelong commitment to Western heritage, agriculture, and the artists who bring it all to life. Dan also led the production of a major music and charitable event right here in Conroe, Texas — bringing his full expertise in logistics, talent, and large-scale event management to his own backyard. That experience is a testament to his commitment to elevating Conroe as a destination for world-class entertainment while giving back to the community.

Dawn Smith is the heart behind artist growth at 1623. As a dedicated coach and mentor, she guides artists through the industry with wisdom, encouragement, and a deep belief in their potential. Her hands-on approach nurtures talent from the ground up. Dawn's passion for music runs deep — she grew up singing alongside her father in the major casino showrooms of Las Vegas, performing for audiences that demanded nothing less than excellence. That early foundation of stage presence and professionalism shaped her into the artist and mentor she is today. Over the years, Dawn built an impressive career singing in bands across Texas, gracing countless venues and stages throughout the Lone Star State. Her years of real-world performance experience give her a unique edge as a coach — she doesn't just teach, she leads from firsthand knowledge of what it takes to captivate a crowd.

Ricky Mozey serves as the Production and Technical Support specialist at 1623 Events & Productions. He is the behind-the-scenes force that ensures every event runs flawlessly from a technical standpoint. With a strong command of audio, video, and staging systems, Ricky brings precision and professionalism to every production. His expertise keeps the show running smoothly so artists can focus on delivering their best performance.

Hannah Bonin is the organizational backbone of 1623 Events & Productions, serving as Event and Artist Coordinator. She works closely with artists and management to ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for live entertainment, Hannah keeps all moving parts in sync — from artist scheduling and logistics to day-of coordination. Her dedication and professionalism make her an essential part of the 1623 team.
